I like it! I also appreciated the line "if you don't feel called to fundraise you probably aren't called to be a church planter". I've known a few who failed for that reason.
I also think the treat the person idea can be applied in churches that have changed a lot recently. Sometimes the temptation is to keep preaching to older rural adults when the church and area is now a suburb. On the flip side a church that is now smaller can't always be talking about the glory days.
